Material
Polyester fiber is a common synthetic fiber made of polyethylene terephthalate (PET). Produced via polymerization and melt spinning, it is not derived from natural plants or animals.
Stable ester groups in its molecular chains form a compact internal structure. It is lightweight, strong, wrinkle-proof, shrink-resistant and durable. With low moisture absorption, it dries rapidly and prevents mildew and moth damage.
Flexible and foldable without permanent creases, easy to clean, and suitable for printing, it works perfectly for customized reusable bags.
For foldable promotional bags, shopping pouches, dust bags, drawstring sacks and logo-printed carriers, mainstream options are 170T, 180T, 190T and 210T, while 230T and 290T are premium grades for upscale use.
1. 170T Polyester
The thinnest & cheapest option, around 40gsm. Loose weaving, slightly see-through, easy to fold tiny.Uses: Disposable giveaway bags, cheap one-time promotional sacks, simple dust covers for small gifts. Only chosen for ultra-low-budget orders.
2. 180T Polyester
